Challenge
Ronny Kazyska is a broker and twice DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024-certified appraiser of investment real estate in Frankfurt am Main — with over 20 years of market experience and a transaction volume of more than €2 billion. He didn’t need a website for lead generation, but an authoritative digital presence that confirms his reputation as a recognised expert in valuation, investment, and transaction. The site needed to be bilingual (German and English), clean and minimalist in design, and well-structured for search queries on his name.

Solution
The website was built in WordPress with Bricks Builder, with German as the primary language and a full English version. The structure follows the three disciplines that define Ronny’s expertise: Bewertung (Valuation), Investment, and Transaktion — each with its own page presenting his knowledge clearly and substantively. Media mentions in the Handelsblatt and Frankfurter Allgemeine, publications, and market commentaries are given prominent placement, actively reinforcing his reputation. The design is deliberately restrained: no stock photography, no marketing language — only what matters.

A minimalist, authoritative website that reflects Ronny’s standing in the market. The site ranks for his name in search engines and presents his expertise, media presence, and publications in a way that befits a professional at this level — clear, substantive, and without noise.
